
Now you know about time jumping and are familiar with the feeling to travel with your astral body over time waves, it is time to learn how to activate your protons in your bodycells, to do as your mind wants. The exercise is again in meditation and you heat up your body and cool it down, with your mind. First you heat it up and each time you get hotter, until you reach the point, that you feel an inner explosion and a raging through your body cells and than you cool it down again.
This you reached through breathing exercises and your body will become a few degrees hotter and cooler. Each time after cooling off, you start on a heavier level faster to heat up.
When you are used to this feeling, you can mix this exercise with the exercises from lesson II.
When you mix this exercise you get several different feelings and activities going on in your body.
